摘要: Abstract The design and construction of hybrid organic–organometallic inorganic–organometallic crystalline materials formed by hydrogen bonded functionalized organometallic sandwich compounds are described. It is shown that the ionic or neutral nature building blocks can be exploited to control strength intermolecular bonding structure–function relationship. occurrence crystal polymorphism associated with dimers networks discussed. also argued solid–solid solid–gas reactions involving preformed molecular crystals provide a viable “green” route preparation novel materials.
