摘要: The relationship between yield loss and bacterial leaf spot severity caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. sesami in 14 sesame cultivars (cv’s) was evaluated under greenhouse field conditions. Plants were sprayed with a mixture of five locally obtained strains. average losses from all cv’s tested 1.30 0.92% experiments for every 1% increment disease severity, respectively. Based on the amount infected area, cv Col 55 resistant while Buriram, Dam-Damg-Phitsanuiok, 30/nw-3, Nakhonsawan, Roi-et 1 susceptible. Other showed an intermediate reaction. pathogen seedborne tested, mean percentage seed 62%. causal bacterium found coat but not associated embryo or endosperm. results that health program would be useful controlling disease.
