摘要: Results of a study 44 patients with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) are presented. Each patient was diagnosed using standardized diagnostic criteria and followed up systematically. Thirty were women 14 men. Their mean age 50 years (range 11-80). Twenty had idiopathic parainflammatory occurrences (e.g. ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), whereas in 10 an associated haemoproliferative disease or neoplasia noted. Whereas PG found predominantly women, the association diseases occurred more often The lower legs feet represented typical predilection sites. Fifty-two per cent one lesion, 37% to five, 11% than five lesions. Histologically, lymphocytic and/or leucocytoclastic vasculitis present 73% biopsy specimens obtained from borders Long-term follow-up (n = 42, median 26.5 months) revealed that eight died, six cases due underlying diseases. Of remaining 34 patients, 44% complete remission without further treatment, continuing therapy is needed 56%. No difference between demonstrable no possibly related follow-up. These data suggest should be considered independent not purely cutaneous complication most patients.
