摘要: We study decoherence of nuclear spins in a GaAs quantum well structure using resistively detected magnetic resonance. The transverse time T2 As75 nuclei is estimated from Rabi-type coherent oscillations as by spin-echo techniques. By analyzing obtained decoupling techniques, we extract the role dipole-dipole interactions sources GaAs. Under condition that device tilted an external field, exhibit enhanced induced change strength direct between first nearest-neighbor nuclei. results agree with simple numerical calculations.
