摘要: We performed a bibliometric analysis of published biodiversity research for the period 1900–2009, based on Science Citation Index (SCI) database. Our reveals authorial, institutional, spatiotemporal, and categorical patterns in provides an alternative demonstration advancements, which may serve as potential guide future research. The growth article outputs has exploded since 1990s, along with increasing collaboration index, references, citations. Ecology, environmental sciences, conservations, plant science were most frequently used subject categories studies, Biological Conservation, Journal Soil Water Conservation Biology Biodiversity active journals this field. United States was largest contributor global research, U.S. produced single-country collaborative articles, had greatest number top institutions, central position networks. perceived both internationally inter-institutionally latter form being more prevalent than former. A keyword found several interesting terminology preferences, confirmed conservation’s topic revealed adoption advanced technologies, demonstrated keen interest underlying processes ecosystems. study scientific academic collaborations serves innovative way revealing trends biodiversity.
