摘要: A non-classic complexation mode was discovered upon spectroscopic, thermodynamic, crystallographic and computational studies of a β-cyclodextrin/propionic acid complex. “fully immersed” phenomenon, where both the guest's hydrophobic polar moieties are located inside host stabilized by it, found calculated as most favorable configuration.
