摘要: The German Research Network On Schizophrenia (GRNS) is a nationwide network currently comprising 16 psychiatric university departments and 14 state district hospitals, as well six local networks of practices general practitioners collaborating on about 25 interrelated, multicenter projects schizophrenia research. GRNS aims to intensify collaboration knowledge exchange betvi/een leading research institutions qualified routine care facilities, both within (horizontal network) between (vertical the two levels care, in order create scientific preconditions for optimization management schizophrenia. concept first results studies aiming at investigation of(i) strategies early detection intervention prodromal stage psychosis; (ii) treatment first-episode schizophrenia; (iii) quality management; (iv) destigmatization, are described examples this effort.
