摘要: Tree production considered the most economically important trait in Prunus persica that can be used directly to evaluate overall tree performance. The genetic variability was assessed using fluorescently labelled AFLP-based genome scans capture loci under selection are correlated limitation beyond environmental reasons within cultivar Sinawi of P. L. Regression linear model defined dependence on number side branches and a flowers as direct indicator production. A total 801 F-AFLP polymorphic amplicons were scored with unbiased diversity (uHe) 0.258, which reflects low pool from sampled locations. PCoA (Principal Coordinate Analysis) STRUCTURE analysis showed tendency three sub-populations. Out loci, outlier identified putatively positive trait. statistical correlation Euclidean distance matrix between outlier's found exhibit increased differentiation among locations along decreased locations, prove their potential utilized molecular markers linkage cv.
