摘要: During mammalian development, the first cell lineage diversification event occurs in blastocyst, when trophectoderm (TE) and inner mass (ICM) become established. Part of TE (polar) remains contact with ICM differs from mural (mTE) which is separated by a cavity known as blastocoele.
