摘要: The plant hormone auxin is involved in a wide range of developmental phenomena plants. It carries out many its effects through signalling network involving the regulation specific genes, including those own polar transport between cells. These transporters are able to be redistributed cell faces, causing asymmetric that key requirement for formation vein patterns leaves. In this thesis I describe development biochemical kinetics-based model and single cell, which displays biologically plausible responses application. single-cell then serves as basis multicell auxin-mediated at very early stage leaf Arabidopsis thaliana.
