摘要: To develop uniform and seismic environment-dependent design spectrum, common acceleration response spectral characteristics need to be identified. In this paper, a bi-normalized spectrum (BNRS) is proposed, which defined as of peak normalized with respect the excitation plotted vs. natural period system predominant period,Tp. Based on statistical analysis records from 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake, conventionally spectrum(NRS) BNRS are examined account for effects soil conditions, epicentral distance, hanging wall damping. It found that compared NRS, much less dependent these factors. Finally, some simple relationships between specified damping ratio 5%, spectra distance different types provided.
