摘要: Shape memory polymers (SMPs) are materials capable of changing their structural configuration from a fixed shape to temporary shape, and vice versa when subjected thermal stimulus. The present work has investigated the 3D printing process polymer (SMP)-based polyurethane using material extrusion technology. Here, SMP pellets were fed into unit, actuating coupons manufactured. In contrast conventional film-casting manufacturing processes SMPs, use allows production complex parts for smart electronics morphing structures. work, performance structure was investigated, fundamental recovery mechanical properties characterized. preliminary results show that assembled structures able recover original conformation following input. printed also stamped with QR code on surface include an unclonable pattern addressing counterfeit features. deformation-recovery process, it observed recognized after returned shape. combination effect authentication features new dimension thwarting. 3D-printed in this combined alloys create actuator act as two-way switch control data collection microcontroller.
