摘要: An adsorption of magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) from electrostatically stabilized aqueous ferrofluids on amyloid fibrils hen egg white lysozyme (HEWL) in 2mg/mL acidic dispersions have been detected for the MNP concentration range 0.01-0.1vol.%. The association with has characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and magneto-optical measurements. It observed that extent is determined concentration. When increasing formed aggregates particles repeat general rod-like structure fibrils. effect not when are mixed solution monomers. investigated aim to clarify previously found disaggregation activity get deeper insight into interaction processes between amyloids MNP. also discussed respect potential applications ordering a liquid crystal phase under external fields.
