摘要: Background: Chemokines are a superfamily of XC-, CC-, CXC-chemokines and the CXXXC-chemokine. CXC chemokines their receptors play pivotal role in regulation growth dissemination tumor cells, as well angiogenesis host immune response solid malignancies. The disintegrin metalloproteinase ADAM10 facilitates shedding various membrane-bound proteins. expression, function, potential interaction CXCL14, CXCL16 pancreatic cancer still unknown. Methods: Quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR), immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA were used to analyze expression human cell lines tissues patients. Recombinant CXCL14 determine effects on invasiveness lines. siRNA transfection was performed BxPC-3 COLO-357 cells measured culture supernatants. Results: There significant increase mRNA levels compared normal controls. In vitro, incubation with rhCXCL14 rhCXCL16 resulted an invasiveness. Silencing revealed reduction soluble CXCL16, less cells. Conclusion: overexpressed cancer. potent mediators plays
