摘要: The chemokine receptors CXCR4 and CCR7 play an important role in cancer invasion metastasis. This study investigated the expression of CXCR4, CCR7, CXCL12, CCL21, EGFR to illustrate these biomarkers breast metastasis prognosis. were analyzed along with ER, PR, HER-2/neu tissue microarray (TMA) specimens, including 200 primary specimens by immunohistochemistry. Corresponding lymph nodes from same patients also examined using method. Together their CXCL12 CCL21 ligands, significantly highly expressed tumor cells node (LN) Similarly, was tumors LN ligands especially metastatic than patients. Moreover, both accompanied up-regulated. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed that exhibiting high experienced a shorter period compared those low expression. may be associated can serve as indicator undesirable prognosis cancer.
