摘要: According to the present invention, a novel method for promoting fatty acid content in plant is provided. In this method, promoter of accD gene acetyl-CoA carboxylase was replaced with directing abundant expression plastids and chloroplasts by using plastid transformation. This increases carboxyltransferase beta subunit protein encoded gene. Accompanied it, other subunits constituting apparently enzyme increases. Since key rate-limiting step synthesis, synthesis can be promoted invention. The transformed produced according invention exhibits remarkable enhancement leaves seeds. Moreover, leaf longevity extended number seeds per body increased, thereby seed oil productivity are improved.
