摘要: Abstract We study the nonequilibrium Josephson current in a long two-dimensional ballistic SNS junction with normal reservoir coupled to part of junction. The for given superconducting phase difference φ oscillates as function voltage applied between and period oscillations is πℏ v F / L , length junction, amplitude decays V −3/2 eV ≫ℏ zero temperature. critical I c shows similar oscillating, decaying behavior voltage, changing sign every oscillation. Normal specular or diffusive scattering at NS interfaces does not qualitatively change picture.
