摘要: Rubidium aluminium diphosphate was synthesized by a conventional solid-state technique and its conduction properties determined impedance spectroscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis indicated the formation of single-phase monoclinic structure (space group P21/c). The AC conductivity using spectroscopy over frequency temperature ranges 40 Hz to 7 MHz 400–700 K, respectively. real imaginary parts complex were well-fitted equivalent circuit model dependence followed Jonscher's law. close values activation energies obtained from relaxation time grain (σg) that transport could be modelled hopping mechanism, probably dominated movement Rb+ cations. correlated barrier used describe dominant mechanism. A single peak observed in part modulus suggesting response system.
