摘要: A melt-out zinc core is coated with insulating mica material and a graphite release agent supported within die cavity of high pressure squeeze casting apparatus. Molten metal having melting temperature above that the injected into then pressurized to about 15,000 psi form article in around core. The resultant are heated extracted from through cast-in outlet openings formed by also cast rinsing cored passages water.
