摘要: Exposure to a strong T-helper 2 (Th2)-like environment during fetal development may promote allergy development. Increased cord blood (CB) levels of the Th2-associated chemokine CCL22 were associated with first y life. The aim present study was determine whether CB Th1- and are 6 life, allowing assessment respiratory allergic symptoms usually developing in this period. cytokines, chemokines, total IgE determined 56 children 20 women 36 without symptoms. Total allergen-specific antibody quantified at 6, 12, 24 mo, age. sensitization asthma increased CCL17 symptoms, including asthma. Sensitized showed higher ratios between these chemokines Th1-associated CXCL10 than nonsensitized A pronounced Th2 deviation birth, reflected by levels, CCL22/CXCL10 CCL17/CXCL10 might later
