摘要: Pituitary adenomas are common brain tumors, comprising nearly 10% of all intracranial lesions. Although classically treated with transsphenoidal surgery, other methods treatment that minimize damage to eloquent tissue need be used as adjuncts surgery when the tumor encases vital structures, such optic nerve and carotid arteries. Over past 10 years, literature increasingly has supported efficacy safety fractionated radiosurgery for patients pituitary adenomas. In this chapter we review describe method at our institution
