摘要: The evaluation of the “pure resonant term” anomalous small-angle X-ray scattering (ASAXS) and exclusive characterization spatial distribution Ni particles in a Raney-type catalyst are presented. ASAXS method not only gives qualitative catalytic nanoparticles without any separation technique but it also provides quantitative determination these active particles. By using experimentally determined pure term linear absorption sample, we got 38.5 ± 0.5 mol % nanostructured form nickel 40.3 total content, demonstrating unique further advantage method.
