摘要: Myocardial lesions induced by restraint stress were studied histochemical and electron microscopical methods in crossbred pigs of Yorkshire Swedish Landrace. Dehydrogenases, cytochrome oxidase unspecific esterase applied to fresh-frozen sections heart muscle. The damaged muscle fibers exhibited an initial increase formazan deposits then a decrease total loss enzymatic activity. A PAS-positive amylase-resistant material was found the fibers. Ultrastructurally, accumulation lipids reduction or glycogen demonstrated myocardium. Myofibrils contracted periphery necrotic foci. Within degenerating areas changes ranged from clumping complete lysis myofilaments. mitochondria mostly swollen, with focal cristae. They often electron-dense bodies different appearances. Swelling SR T system observed, as well inflammatory cells dilated cisterns rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum. myocardial similar those observed rats after large doses catecholamines administered. It concluded that caused liberated catecholamines.
