摘要: We studied the spectral dependence of influence silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) on photoconductivity poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) thin films. 7 ± 2 nm were synthesized by thermal decomposition an organometallic salt in organic solvent. Optical properties mixture P3HT and Ag NPs films with various content investigated. Spectral dependences photocurrent measured for cast top interdigitated microelectrodes. Antibatic behavior respect to absorption spectrum was observed. Results shows 40–150 times enhancement photocurrents, depending wavelength, doped compared pristine The existing theories metallic photoactive layer solar cells are reviewed discussed.
