摘要: Gentisuric acid was synthesized from gentisic and glycine ethyl ester. NMR, mass spectrometric elemental analysis confirmed the product as GU, physicochemical characteristics were determined. A TLC-densitometric technique developed to estimate GU other metabolites of aspirin. Conjugation with form catalyzed by a mitochondrial fraction rat beef liver. also formed liver microsomal hydroxylation salicyluric acid, phenobarbital pretreatment increased this formation. random survey showed in 76% SA-positive urines aspirin-treated patients.
