Improving energy efficiency in service-oriented production automation systems

摘要: Production simulation systems play an ever more important role in the design of production process modern factory systems. The increasingly energy-starved economies scale are pushing manufacturers towards progressively sophisticated solutions to tackle problem energy efficiency production. This paper looks at a state-of-the-art system currently use Ford Motor Company, and discusses its benefits drawbacks, while suggesting way forward these types using SoA-based technologies.
