摘要: Heavy metals have adverse effects on soil ecology. Given the toxicity of heavy metals, there is an urgent need to select appropriate indicator that will aid in monitoring their biological ecosystems. By combining different techniques for various aspects microbiology, microorganisms near a smelter were studied. Our goal was determine whether proteins could be proper pollution. This study demonstrated activities acid phosphatase and dehydrogenase, as well levels microbial biomass carbon proteins, negatively affected by metals. In addition, significantly negative correlations observed between these indicators Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis used this demonstrate also effect diversity community structure. The protein expression similar across soils, but large quantity presumably low molecular weight only contaminated soil. Based research, we determined concentration more sensitive than phosphatase, or because it dramatically decreased soils. Therefore, concluded level has great potential contamination. Further research essential, particularly identify appears soil, so further insight can gained into responses microbes
