摘要: A study of 2067 autopsies collected from 32 university and community hospitals various sizes located throughout the United States showed rate discrepancies between premortem postmortem diagnoses to be influenced by type size hospital, age sex patient, disease responsible for patient's death. Of equivocal or no influence were length terminal hospitalization, degree clinical involvement in case person establishing discrepancy level, autopsy rate, at least as it applies hospitals.
