摘要: Early adverse experiences are associated with neurobiological changes and these may underlie the increased risk of psychopathology. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ-SF) is most commonly used instrument for assessing childhood maltreatment. Thus, aim our study was to investigate factorial validity an Italian version CTQ-SF in a sample psychiatric inpatients by means confirmatory exploratory factor analyses. composed 471 in-patients out-patients (206 males 265 females) aged 16-80 years (mean age=34.4 [SD=16.3]) consecutively admitted two departments. All patients were administered CTQ-SF. We tested five different models which lacked good fit, while analysis supported adequacy solution three factors (Emotional Neglect/Abuse, Sexual Abuse, Physical Neglect/Abuse). had satisfactory internal consistency (ordinal Cronbach alphas >0.90). Our supports results from previous research indicating lack structural invariance cross-cultural adaptations test, fact that, when measuring types maltreatment, difference between abuse neglect be not valid.
