摘要: Due to the large-scale utilization of high-carbon fossil energy, considerable amounts critical air pollutants (CAPs) and greenhouse gas (GHG) have been emitted, which has led increasingly serious global climate change local pollution problems. Given that same source, energy systems, rational development use for collaborative governance should be emphasized solve these problems in parallel. This paper presents a multi-dimensional, multi-perspective achievable analysis framework quantitatively evaluate emission reduction effects countermeasures aimed at tackling governing support sustainable development.
