摘要: Due to the large-scale utilization of high-carbon fossil energy, considerable amounts critical air pollutants (CAPs) and greenhouse gas (GHG) have been emitted, which has led increasingly serious global climate change local pollution problems. Given that same source, energy systems, rational development use for collaborative governance should be emphasized solve these problems in parallel. This paper presents a multi-dimensional, multi-perspective achievable analysis framework quantitatively evaluate emission reduction effects countermeasures aimed at tackling governing support sustainable development. As typical developing country pursuing development, China is taken as an example demonstrate application proposed assess issued on CAPs GHG. The results indicate key actions this would result reductions approximately 6 million tons (Mt) 575 Mt GHG 2016. By 2020 2030, 12 1094 21 1975 GHG, respectively, will achieved. can effectively help identify emissions effect given countermeasure policy describing next steps haze pollution. also beneficial countries similar their efforts simultaneously address improve quality.
