摘要: The utilization of video systems in diagnostic X-ray imaging has been around for quite some time. In addition to the visual value images obtained by such systems, also offer potential extracting quantitative information from images. this chapter we will not deal with determinations based on distance measurements. Even though quantitation under investigation past decade,(1–3) it was until introduction digital subtraction angiography (DSA)(4) that received a concentrated effort. DSA makes possible visualize small amount radiopaque contrast agent within vessels means various image enhancement methods which are discussed elsewhere book (Chapters 3, 7). Image processing takes place after digitization signal. Many users may assume since output is format, must be as accurate data computed tomography (CT) systems. Unfortunately, true, and reason existence basic differences between CT intensifier—television (IT—TV)-based fluoroscopy (or radiography), one usually uses large-area detectors an II. Due poor detection geometry, scattered photons patient seriously degrade fluoroscopic system.
