Study quality rated means QUALSYST. full protocol available from PROSPERO (PROSPERO 2014: CRD42014009823). analysis guided socio-ecological model framework. Results: Twenty-two original studies out 4472 returned search. These 19 cross-sectional, 2 longitudinal 1 qualitative studies, all after 2011. Only considered environmental suggesting possible mode transport, type housing, cultural opportunities neighbourhood safety availability places rest. two mediating factors. Very limited contexts sub-domains behaviours. Conclusion: Few have these date mostly focussed personal factors, lacking. More needed as well inclusion broader range contextual potential towards systems-based approach, future should be more informed work.
