摘要: The objectives of this study were to obtain Opuntia ficus-indica fruit (OFIF) extract by autoclave treatment, convert the flavonoid glycosides in (AE) aglycones enzymatic hydrolysis, and compare antioxidant activity AE OFIF extracts obtained other conventional methods. It was revealed that total polyphenol content higher than those water but a slightly lower ethanol extract, which indicates treatment might be an efficient extraction method for OFIF. Moreover, it confirmed conversion various all does not significantly affect activities. Therefore, is extrapolated correlated intestinal absorption rates metabolic pathway induction upon oral administration rather structure compound itself.
