摘要: The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi Glomus mosseae on plant growth and osmotic adjustment matter content trifoliate orange [Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.] seedlings under water stress were studied in potted culture. results showed that inoculation could increase growth, such as height, stem diameter, leaf area, shoot dry weight, root weight when the soil was 20%, 16% 12%. Arbuscular also promoted active absorbing areas absorption P from rhizosphere, enhanced accumulated quantities soluble sugar leaves roots, reduced proline leaf. Plant inoculated with mycorrhiza had higher use efficiency than non-mycorrhizal plants. Drought tolerance seedling enhanced. Effects 20% more significant 12% soil. infection severely restrained by Thus, probably positively related to percentage.
