摘要: In the early days of hemodialysis efforts to treat and rehabilitate uremic diabetics were largely unsuccessful [1] until dialysis procedures volume control had become more effective. Although have a poorer outcome than non-diabetics, survival has improved progressively, e.g. in US adjusted first year mortality decreasing from 46% 1982 30% 1992 [2], although long-term is still very unsatisfactory, at 5 years 45% type I 10% II according recent German multicenter study [3]. Nevertheless it no longer justified deny admission renal replacement therapy diabetic patient [4].
