摘要: The sperm cells ofPatella coerulea (Patellacea),Monodonta turbinata, andGibbula tumida (Trochacea) were investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy. They belong to the primitive type (sensu Franzen) and have more features in common with Bivalvia sperms than Neritacea. Their head contains an apical acrosome a roundish nucleus followed 4 or 5 mitochondria centriolar apparatus which consists two centrioles, one bears flagellum. ofMonodonta are very similar each other differ mainly size;Patella exhibits differences (very small acrosome, subacrosomal space, variable number spherical (origin spermic dimorphism ?). development shows no peculiarities.
