摘要: Extracellular enzyme preparations from Streptomyces flavogriseus and olivochromogenes cultures grown on cellulose contained primarily cellulase activities, but similar xylan-containing materials possessed high levels of both xylanase activities. Growth conditions that gave endoxylanase also resulted in the production enzymes involved hydrolysis nonxylose components xylan. Specific acetyl xylan esterase activities were identified organisms. Both organisms produced alpha-l-arabinofuranosidase activity was not associated with activity. Other alpha-l-O-methylglucuronidase ferulic acid esterase. The latter only by S. is an which has previously been as a component hemicellulase preparations.
