摘要: Cardiomyopathies are diseases that primarily affect the myocardium, leading to serious cardiac dysfunction and heart failure. Out of three major categories cardiomyopathies (hypertrophic, dilated restrictive), restrictive cardiomyopathy (RCM) is less common also least studied. However, prognosis for RCM poor as some patients dying in their childhood. The molecular mechanisms behind disease development progression not very clear treatment difficult often ineffective. In this article, we reviewed recent progress research from clinical studies translational done on diseased transgenic animal models. This will help a better understanding underlying etiology design treatments disease.
