摘要: As conversational technologies develop, we demand more from them. For instance, want our assistants to be able solve queries in multiple domains, manage information different usually unstructured sources, perform a variety of tasks, and understand open language. However, developing the resources necessary develop systems with such capabilities demands much time effort, as for each domain, task or language, data must collected, annotated following an schema that is not portable, models trained over data, their accuracy evaluated. In recent years, there has been growing interest investigating alternatives manual effort allow exploiting automatically huge amount available web. this chapter describe main initiatives extract, process contextualize these rich heterogeneous sources various tasks involved dialog systems, including speech processing, natural language understanding management.
