摘要: Abstract Peroxynitrite (ONOO−) is a primary kind of reactive oxygen species. Excessive ONOO− can induce oxidative damage to biomolecules and further results in various diseases. So, quantitative monitoring with excellent selectivity sensitivity imperative for elucidating its role biological processes. In this study, novel pyridinium fluorescent probe (CPC) has been constructed base on ICT-modulated by combining coumarin fluorophore diphenylphosphinate recognition group. The fluorescence response CPC realized via the removal shows prominent features detection including fast rate (within 3 min), sensitivity, distinct colorimetric (red green), large emission wavelength shift (105 nm). intensity ration (I538/I643) exhibits 153-fold enhancement along increasing limit as low 1.60 × 10−8 M. These good properties make possible concentration. By using strategy, ratiometric employed mitochondrial live cell successfully.
