摘要: This review examines the epigenetic of neurotrophin signaling in anxiety, affective disorders and related symptoms associated with drug addiction, particular alcoholism. It is first important to understand epigenetics aversion memories, as they are so central anxiety symptomology. The crucial role neurotrophins memory formation, brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF), explored at physiological behavioral levels. Numerous studies describe how various phenomena, mainly histone acetylation, methylation, DNA but also other less known phenomena such poly[ADP]-ribosylation 5-HT2C receptor pre-mRNA editing, exert significant regulatory roles fear extinction formation. Other models disorders, that use stress or transgenic constructs directed elements axis serotonergic system, then relation signaling. Epigenetic marks differentially change according brain areas. In hippocampus for example, anxious chronically stressed animals tend show changes opposite those observed after consolidation following a brief aversive stimulus. Behaviorally relevant have been found be reversible by treatments. Surprisingly, moderate alcohol consumption may trigger, on long term, BDNF expression its somehow similar produced antidepressant drugs. However, withdrawal has not yet very well explored. Overall, it appears multidisciplinary view secretion might bring innovative treatments psychiatric diseases involving memories.
