摘要: Soluble coffee, being one of the world’s most popular consuming drinks, produces a considerable amount spent coffee ground (SCG) along with its production. The SCG could function as potential lignocellulosic feedstock for production bioproducts. objective this study is to investigate possible optimal condition dilute acid hydrolysis (DAH) at high solids and mild temperature release reducing sugars from SCG. was found be 5.3 % (w/w) sulfuric concentration 118 min reaction time. Under condition, mean yield enzymatic saccharification defatted hydrolysate 563 mg/g. then successfully applied culture Lipomyces starkeyi microbial oil fermentation without showing any inhibition. results suggested that followed by has great convert carbohydrates sugars. This useful further developing biorefinery using large scale.
