摘要: A single castable ophthalmic lens polishing lap includes a mounting plate that is adapted for connection to press/cylinder machine and flexible membrane affixed the filled with material. pad membrane. The cast by first applying energy material causes it soften, preferably change fluid phase, then pressing against rough cut back surface of lens. This deform so lap's curvature complementary lens' prescription curvature. Energy removed from solidifies in desired shape. After polishing, can be recast another having different prescription.
