摘要: Abstract Cancer is one of the most lethal diseases in world. Pharmaceutical companies, nonprofit government organizations, and scientific research groups have poured tremendous resources into discovery development anticarcinogens. Chemical proteomics, a powerful platform to enrich comprehensively profile anticancer drug-binding proteins, provides valuable information for researchers unravel multipharmacological activities anticarcinogens thus helps maximize efficacy minimize side-effects. In this chapter, we summarize several popular approaches chemical proteomics by illustrating their essential features target-fishing through specific profiling drug–protein interactions. The limitations potential chemoproteomics drug targets are also discussed.
