摘要: Polypeptide sequences enriched with proline (P), glutamic acid (E), aspartic (D) and serine (S)/ threonine (T) (PEST) have been reported to be the most abundant frequently distributed at cellular level. There is growing evidence that PEST act as proteolytic recognition signals for degradation of residual proteins which critical activation or deactivation regulatory involved in signaling pathways cell growth, differentiation, stress responses physiological death. A containing nuclear protein (PCNP) was demonstrated a tumor suppressor neuroblastoma cancer model promoter lung adenocarcinoma model. Its unique properties like ubiquitination by NIRF, co-localization NIRF nucleus progression attract attention researchers. PCNP ubiquitinated ring finger E3 ligase manner modulator MAPK PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathways. In this review, we summarize linked DNA damage response, Post translational modifications, transportation address initiation, prognosis, resistance cells terms cycle regulation, transcription apoptosis. Hence, demonstrate novel target diagnosis treatment.
