摘要: A highly linear sigma-delta modulator for dual-standard receivers is presented. The makes use of low-distortion architecture to attain high linearity over a wide bandwidth. dual-band employs 2/sup nd/ order single-bit with feedforward path GSM mode and 4/sup th/ modified cascaded in the first stage 4-bit second WCDMA mode. designed TSMC 0.18/spl mu/m CMOS technology operates at 1.8 supply voltage. It achieves GSM/WCDMA peak SNDR 83/75dB, 96/84dB SFDR an IMD3 -93/-82dB OSR 160/16.
