摘要: Abstract Vocational psychology has not realized its potential as a developmental science, despite the centrality of domain across entire life span and impressive accomplishments in measuring modifying career behaviors. Moreover, rapid changes technology world occupations have created new opportunities challenges. If vocational is to realize this reality, it must become science profession that can speak authoritatively on all substantive questions dealing with development children, adolescents, adults. It also seek integrate research findings those other areas produce more coherent, cohesive body knowledge addresses every aspect within larger framework life-span human development.
