摘要: In this study, PDSC was employed to monitor the UV curing process for dendritic and regular monomers with various acrylate sites. Experimental results reveal that even only a small increase in molecular weight caused large viscosity. A monomer same number of sites has much lower The conversion hydroxyl groups into acrylic slightly reduces viscosity by destroying hydrogen bonds. rate increased maxima at five. acceleration double bond reaction within dense group multiacrylate is responsible initial rise, but steric effect branches, hindering simultaneous free-radical propagation, causes decline as increases dendrimers. autocatalyzed model then applied simulate from PDSC. Dendrimers 10–19 were found have constant k smaller order m than traditional ones. Finally, heterogeneity cross-linking density dendrimers generally weaker hardness Td values Nevertheless, 19 yield film having low processing viscosity, satisfactory (6H), reasonable (290 °C), superior refractive index (1.5).
