摘要: Ethnic minority people are frequently under‐represented in clinical trials. This potentially affects the generalisability/external validity of trial findings. not only has important repercussions regarding safety and efficacy new drug use ethnic groups, but also reduces opportunities for subgroup analysis. There can be no scientific basis excluding this group from Aims to provide a mix theoretical empirical debates, order make sense exclusion trials, suggest possibility change.
