Myoclonus, seizures, and paratonia in Alzheimer disease.

摘要: Twenty-eight patients with the clinical diagnosis of probable Alzheimer disease (AD) were followed longitudinally until death. The presence myoclonus, seizures, and paratonia was monitored as part this process. At autopsy, 22 met pathologic criteria for AD 6 had other degenerative neurologic diseases. Myoclonus present in 55% none non-AD patients. Seizures 64% patients, only 17% Paratonia found frequently all patient groups.
